SHIPPING POLICY:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If any corrections need to be made on the shipping address after your items have been shipped, any fees incurred will be your responsibility.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost and delivery time for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

All of orders are include free shipping through our site. Any order submitted through amazon or Ebay will be subject to a processing fee of 10% on your order.

RETURNS POLICY:

Even though we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, we cannot avoid all problems. If you notify us of any problem within 30 days of delivery, we will work with you to resolve the error. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your return shipping costs. We will also either credit your account the full purchase price or send you a replacement item of equal value. The choice is yours, please note once again we would need to notify us within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we take no responsibility for errors. All merchandise returned must be unused and in reusable condition in it’s original packaging.
